Our History

Established 2014 by Arkansas Bass Team Trail, LLC ABTT offers a one of a kind tournament experience for all amateur anglers.

 

Every event is conducted by tournament fishermen, treating each angler as one of us, trying to give you what we have always wanted.  Our mission is to give you, the angler, the best of the best. We were the first in Arkansas to have a $250 entry fee allowing a guaranteed, $10,000 dollar first place prize. In 2021, after a global pandemic, we decided to change things up a bit. Lower entry fees, lower membership with a higher payback and the same great prizes and contingencies.  See our payout examples here.

 

Welcome 2021 from ABTT

The owners and staff of ABTT would like to welcome everyone to the 2021 season!  We are looking forward to getting our seventh year of ABTT kicked off!  We have 7 fantastic years and we are looking forward to this year being the biggest and best ever.  We have continually made changes each, and every year and this year is no exception! We are continuing our regular season ABTT events that we have operated in the past. We have been working hard with our sponsors over the last few months to give our anglers added value when you become a member of ABTT. We are proud to announce that as you sign up and pay your membership this year you will be eligible for great discounts throughout the year. Such as 20% off at Academy on the week prior to our events, 10%+ at Get Outdoors, as in the past Battery Outfitters has special pricing in there NLR Store, also proud to announce VIP pricing at Arego’s Guns in Hot Springs.

Along with this new opportunity we will still be operating our Premier Championship event on our regular ABTT trail where we will be awarding another fantastic Bass Cat boat for 1st prize. To qualify for this all, you have to do is pay for all 4 regular season events and fish at least 3 of those events. Bass Elite Series and FLW Tour Pros are not eligible to fish regular ABTT events. 

 

We have spent time this off season trying to make a schedule that would be diverse and challenging at some different times of the year than in the past. We know every year we have new winners at different lakes, and we feel that will happen again this year!
We are pleased to announce that we have many of our loyal sponsors back again with us this year! Bass Cat boats, Mercury Motors, Frogg Toggs, Bobs Machine shop, Academy Sports, Get Outdoors,  Farmers Insurance, Arego’s Guns, Diamond Lakes Region. At the end of the day without the support of these companies our trail would not be a success.

 

Also, our host cities have continued to be an integral part of making our events a success. We have formed such great friendships with community leaders that recognize the value that our anglers bring to their communities.  So a special thanks to Caddo Valley, Hot Springs, Russellville, North Little Rock, and Greers Ferry.
